I took my car, again, to Northbay Automotive, for maintenance work and was totally satisfied with the job they did. I started using Northbay when we moved to Petaluma in 2009. and since then have never had any problems with my aging Toyota. It starts when I turn the key and has never broken down when I'm out and about, including on the highway. Which is a big thing when it happens to us seniors! So, thank you Northbay Automotive!

I've got to start off by saying that Don John and Mike even though my 96 Jeep really needed to be restored and all the maintenance caught up they did all and I mean ALL the work necessary to bring this once ready for scrap back into great condition! This Jeep is now finally safe enough to turn over to my only child as her daily driver. I not only trust them with my life but, also with the lives of my child and wife. If there were any problems they'd always make it right. I love my Jeep/MOPAR and now it acts like a MOPAR SHOULD!
