Traveling and brake light came on. They got me in promptly. Did needed service efficiently and cost was reasonable. Very helpful and accommodating. I may have schedule servicing and travel in future. They're that good.

As always, these guys take great care of their customers. From management to the staff, they all really care about what they are doing. (I was about to drive away and one of the mechanics offered for me to pull around so he could fill up one of my tires, which he noticed was low.)

I have been taking my vehicles to North Bay Auto for service for twenty years now. The latest repair was this week, when the manifold in my Buick Encore had to be replaced. Mike not only gave me a ride back to my house after I dropped off my Buick, he picked me up again when the repair was complete. He had given me a detailed explanation of the design of the manifold that made replacement necessary when a vacuum seal leak occured, and even showed me the defective manifold. In my younger days getting vehicles serviced was dicey. I wasn't always sure that I was given a fair deal, and a few times I was aware I was being ripped off and took my business elsewhere. I have a lengthy relationship with North Bay Auto because these people are honest and dedicated to doing a job well. I am secure in the knowledge that I am treated fairly and my vehicles are kept in good running order by this group. They have my highest recommendation.

I usually review automotive services, but this time I had two new batteries installed and the wheel bearings repacked on my fifth wheel trailer. As I have come to expect, the service was friendly, fast and reasonably priced. I would recommend Northbay Automotive for RV service as well as you car or truck!
