Petaluma Auto Repair

I have been taking my vehicles to North Bay Auto for service for twenty years now. The latest repair was this week, when the manifold in my Buick Encore had to be replaced. Mike not only gave me a ride back to my house after I dropped off my Buick, he picked me up again when the repair was complete. He had given me a detailed explanation of the design of the manifold that made replacement necessary when a vacuum seal leak occured, and even showed me the defective manifold. In my younger days getting vehicles serviced was dicey. I wasn't always sure that I was given a fair deal, and a few times I was aware I was being ripped off and took my business elsewhere. I have a lengthy relationship with North Bay Auto because these people are honest and dedicated to doing a job well. I am secure in the knowledge that I am treated fairly and my vehicles are kept in good running order by this group. They have my highest recommendation.

I usually review automotive services, but this time I had two new batteries installed and the wheel bearings repacked on my fifth wheel trailer. As I have come to expect, the service was friendly, fast and reasonably priced. I would recommend Northbay Automotive for RV service as well as you car or truck!

Once again, the team at Northbay Automotive, repaired my car, (the Camry front brake problem) without fuss and in one morning earlier this week. The statement was detailed and a note added so that they can keep an eye on a possible leak that will need attention sometime soon. It never fails - service with a smile and the time to explain how front end brakes work and what happens when things go wrong. As with other people I work with on a regular basis - no one touches my car except Northbay Automotive of Petaluma, Sonoma County, California.

Don and the staff there are great! I have taken my truck there several times for repairs and maintenance and they do a quality job everytime. I brought in my truck recently for an oil leak and they repaired it free of charge, they really stand behind thier work!
