I had a check engine light on and the car was idling rough so I called Mike the night before and although he was very busy, he told me to bring it in the next day, and he would have the mechanic get to it before end of day. He did and when I did pick it up, it was running fine. I've been using these guys for 20 years and have always felt like my business was important to them and they did a consistently great job. The independent service centers always have a higher bar to climb and Northbay does it very well.
