Having your car break down while out of town is stressful but the staff at this shop made it as easy as possible. I got some good advice about driving there before I got there. I arrived at about 2:30 and they had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 2 and 1/2 hours. I was expecting to have to leave my car overnight so I was really pleasantly surprised. I also received a AAA discount. The staff are very friendly and made me feel at ease.

My car broke down on the way home from vacation. I showed up at this shop without an appointment at 2:30. They had the car diagnosed, part ordered and installed and I was back on the road within 2 1/2 hours. AAA discount too! Great experience.

I had a check engine light on and the car was idling rough so I called Mike the night before and although he was very busy, he told me to bring it in the next day, and he would have the mechanic get to it before end of day. He did and when I did pick it up, it was running fine. I've been using these guys for 20 years and have always felt like my business was important to them and they did a consistently great job. The independent service centers always have a higher bar to climb and Northbay does it very well.
