I came in unannounced because a headlamp was out. Don had it fixed right away. A lamp was out in the back of the car. It too was fixed pronto. In and out!! Thanks.

Efficient, friendly and ready to take care of any problem on a moment's notice. This will be my auto repair shop as long as I live in Petaluma.

The car was towed in around noon and I was out of there by 3:30! The waiting room/office was the cleanest I've seen in just about any repair shop. The reading materials were varied and there were enough for multiple customers. They were also quite nice about accepting a check from me because my SSI check wasn't going to be deposited until late that night. And, if you're hungry, there's a very good diner next door that closes at 2pm.
