It was so easy to make our appointment, drop off the car and pick it up. As has been our experience with the team at Northbay Automotive did a thorough service at a very good price!

My 2017 Grand Jeep Cherokee was recently due for service. I decided rather than take it to the Jeep dealership (that usually charge way too much) to go somewhere else that was local. I searched the web and noticed that North Bay Automotive had great reviews. My overall experience did not disappoint. Don is warm and friendly which makes it easy to talk with him. They serviced my car efficiently and charged a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place.

The team at Northbay Automotive is outstanding! I called with an issue and Don told me to come right in. He would squeeze me in as soon as possible. How great is that! What fantastic customer service. Everything was explained clearly including an estimate of time for completion. John came right over to evaluate the issue and recommend parts to be ordered. This was an incredible use of time. John continued to complete other work while the parts were ordered and awaiting delivery. A call to inform me that my truck was ready and no surprises in the cost. I highly recommend Northbay Automotive!

Professional, efficient, honest, and genuinely good describe the folks at this shop. Most recently, I had my truck in for service while I was out of town. Don kept in contact with me throughout the day! My truck was repaired under warranty and was made available upon my return after working hours. Honesty and integrity is how I describe Northbay Auto.
