Great job, as usual

I've been a customer of Northbay Automotive for 20 years, with 4 different vehicles (Saturn, Subaru, another Saturn, and Prius) over that time. From basic service and tires to diagnosis and repair of tricky intermittent problems, they have always been great at convenient scheduling, reliable repair and follow-up, and good communication. I also wanted to mention that Northbay Automotive (one word, on the south end of town) is not at all related to the fleeting existence (?) of North Bay Automotive (two words, north end of town) which arrived a couple of years ago, and proceeded to get bad reviews and confuse people. Stick to the south end of town folks, and you can also enjoy nearby eateries. (Mr. Mom's, Aqus). I realize I'm sounding like the Chamber of Commerce, but I'm not. I'm a neighbor, and am happy to have such good businesses in my 'hood.

I have been searching for an honest and efficient location with dependable service and mechanics I can trust. So relieved to have been referred by friends to North Bay Automotive!

It was so easy to make our appointment, drop off the car and pick it up. As has been our experience with the team at Northbay Automotive did a thorough service at a very good price!

My 2017 Grand Jeep Cherokee was recently due for service. I decided rather than take it to the Jeep dealership (that usually charge way too much) to go somewhere else that was local. I searched the web and noticed that North Bay Automotive had great reviews. My overall experience did not disappoint. Don is warm and friendly which makes it easy to talk with him. They serviced my car efficiently and charged a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place.

The team at Northbay Automotive is outstanding! I called with an issue and Don told me to come right in. He would squeeze me in as soon as possible. How great is that! What fantastic customer service. Everything was explained clearly including an estimate of time for completion. John came right over to evaluate the issue and recommend parts to be ordered. This was an incredible use of time. John continued to complete other work while the parts were ordered and awaiting delivery. A call to inform me that my truck was ready and no surprises in the cost. I highly recommend Northbay Automotive!
