They always discuss an alternative solution, sometimes less expensive and sometime more expensive, but you can trust it is the best suggestion. I've an aged Toyota Camry at the stage in it's life to take care of any suspect noise. Great all around.

I have been going to North Bay Auto for decades. I keep going back because I completely trust them in every way. They are professional and very competent. Yesterday I bought tires from them and received the best price possible. In addition to installing them, they did a quick maintenance check and noticed an issue with my brakes that I had been ignoring for months. They also reinstalled a protective seal to the underbelly of my car with no charge to me. I feel very well taken care of and have complete confidence in them! They have taken care of the last four cars I have owned and I will always be faithful to them.
