Excellent service! Always professional and courteous! I scheduled an oil change and informed them that I just had new tires installed so, a tire rotation and brake check wasn't necessary at this time. However, they did find that the front shocks were leaking and needed replacing. I thought that the ride I was experiencing was from the new tires. I know about shocks but, never thought about checking them myself. So, I was glad that they told me about the shocks. Ahhh! What a much better ride! Thank you, Northbay Automotive!
