Excellent job, as usual

North bay replaced the transmission in my camper van a couple of years ago. Over the new year holiday we took the van on an outing down to Joshua Tree and the transmission started malfunctioning if the vehicle was not extremely warmed up. I brought it to Northbay and while it was unclear if it was still under warranty, Mike took it in and investigated. It turns out that for some unknown reason, the transmission was quite low on fluid. No leaks were discovered, so the vehicles transmission fluid was topped off at no charge and Mike offered to check the fluid before and after our next trip. That is exemplary service and I greatly appreciate it!

Our tires were slashed on Christmas Eve - not exactly a holiday treat. But once again, Don and Mike were on it. We had new tires on the vehicle ASAP and were able to enjoy the rest of the holiday week. Thank you for so many years of Great Service!

Great service! Thank you, Don, for your advise! Though the check engine light still didn't go off, we scheduled an appointment and you were able to give us a slot for the next day. The codes were retrieved and the not-so-obvious thermostat problem corrected. Also, thank you for the clear assessment of the problem.
