Petaluma Auto Repair

Routine lube & oil turned into a project to get my Ty turn signal working properly. I had this problem for quite some time but first time NBA addressed the problem. They diagnosed a faulty circuit board and replaced it. Probably the last time I’ll have a problem with that part.

In February, I brought my 2004 PT Turbo GT in to have the NorthBay Automotive crew investigate my dash/instrument cluster going haywire. (none of the gauges worked). They determined it was the Chrysler instrument cluster was bad and needed replacement. I found out Chrysler no longer makes the cluster and I would've had to sell the car for scrap (smog/mileage). Not to mention the 5 speed autostick/turbo version was more difficult to find. But, I did find a scrap cluster on the east coast, had it shipped to recode it to another state for the car's actual odometer reading and then got it back into NorthBay Automotive this week. I was so thankful when they accepted putting a used part, and that they had it ready in 2 hours. Very happy with the speed and ease of getting to keep my 195K PT on the road!
