My car had a rattle that was difficult to pinpoint; it only occurred at high speeds. Northbay was thorough and conducted a follow-up free of charge. The mechanic took time to ride with me and listen. He and everyone took good care of me.

Great timing! Called last week to schedule for an oil change and tire rotation. This week was opened so, I chose Monday. It was completed a few hours before my requested time. Wonderful staff! Courteous, friendly and professional.
