I had a starter that failed. I also needed a quick turnaround on the repair as my vehicle is my daily driver. Since I am a AAA member, I looked for shops that are AAA recommended. North Bay Auto, with 2 locations in Petaluma, came recommended. Despite their busy schedule, they were able to have my car back to me in less than 24 hours. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I look forward to using them again, if the need arises.
