Great shop. . .mechanics know what they are doing; management cares about the customers and works around their schedules. My cars always drive smoother and handle better after a visit to Northbay. Don and John always do their best to help and they treat women like they too are capable of understanding automobile repairs!!!!! A wonderful, trust-worthy business.

I have been going to Northbay Automotive for the past couple of years and feel that I always get an honest answer to any questions. I also feel that they only do work that is necessary (and advise you on what those things are and why they are important)
