Thank you again Northbay Automotive - Since my original review dtd July 28th I've had time to run the car to Santa Rosa - Great driving and no strange sounds or clicking at anytime. What a joy to drive a "well" car again.

I've been having my cars serviced and repaired at Aled in Rohnert Park for nearly 20 years. Last year, I needed a smog certificate and Aled's machine was on the fritz. Aled's manager recommended North Bay as a kind of sister shop. I was nearly as pleased with North Bay as I have always been with Aled. I had the same sense that they are honest, won't try to sell you repairs you don't need, and make repairs that are solid and reliable.

The parking brake went out in my truck and the only replacement part was the entire parking brake unit but the only thing broken was the spring. So, Don looked around and found the right part at less than half the price and the truck is working great! THANK YOU!!
