Not knowing where to go with my Volvo, I went online and the only Volvo repair shop I found in Petaluma was Northbay Automotive. The reviews I read were great, so I made an easy online appointment for Friday. Too easy! But when I went in a few days early to meet with the owners I was impressed with their quick efficiency, and I was re-scheduled sooner than planned. I also appreciate that the extra items I needed were fully explained as to why I needed them and how much they would cost. Everything was straight forward and presented in a positive manner.
