My husband and I have been going to Northbay Automotive for the last 10 years and drive all the way from Santa Rosa to Petaluma for all of our servicing because I trust them! Not only do they provide excellent service, Don and everyone there is always friendly, and their service is completed in a timely fashion. My husband recently broke down and we had the car towed there because we knew they would find and fix the problem for a reasonable cost.

The service manager was very good - clearly communicated everything from what they would look at to how the bill was accumulated. Quick and responsive. I arrived in the morning without an appointment and they had the problem diagnosed, a part shipped in, and the repair done by mid-afternoon. Wonderful experience.
