As Usual, Mike, Don and John provided flawless, worry free service on my diesel smog check. More to the point, their team solved my Lincoln LS problem - engine overheating for no apparent reason - if Ford Lincoln Service computer analysis is to believe.

From my very first contact I was given the highest quality attention. I loved their professionalism and thoroughness and would recommend taking your car in to them.

After a cold snap night I lifted the hood and checked for a drowned #4 sparkplug. Lo and behold-DRY. Then I noticed condensation on the UNDERSIDE of the hood and the drops of water collected and fLowed directly TO: where but the # 4 spark plug.

I threw a lot of problems at the technicians and they really helped me out- we found out my car wasn't in as much bad shape as I thought, and I couldn't be happier!!

I give you the highest rating 5! They were able to take me in earlier and finish the job of smog, lube, oil & filter in around 30 minutes because they had 2 mechanics working on my car. Thank you.

In over 7 years of dealings I have always found Northbay to be accurate in diagnosis, helpful with advice and reliable in their work (repair at no cost if it was something they recently worked on).
