Really appreciate the fact that my old Volvo, which was having problems that did not show up all the time, was doggedly diagnosed until the problem was resolved. These guys have always worked hard, been fair on price, and communicated well about what my options are. Ditto for my old Chevy truck.

As usual Don and mechanics came through with the fastest oil change and engine check on record. All I can say is they are the best, the most honest and the whole experience is so good and my car is so well taken care of that I drive all the way from San Rafael to Petaluma for services when San Rafael is rampant with auto service facilities. They are that good. And that nice. And they are also very accommodating with changes in appointments and will fit in when necessary on practically no notice. Love 'em!

My most recent visit to Northbay Automotive was a repeat of my many previous visits. The personnel are helpful and considerate. They point out areas of possible need, but do not strong-arm you into unnecessary service or products. The work areas are very clean and orderly. The pricing is most fair. I have recommended Northbay to friends and neighbors during my eight + year relationship with them.

I had a 90,000 mile service on my Honda performed yesterday that included consideration of the regular maintenance I have pprovided the car. It runs great and they held the cost down. As a result of their great service they have serviced most of my extended family's vehicles.

My older car had an over-heating problem. The estimate to diagnose the issue was $130. But Don only charged me half of that, because he figured out the problem much faster than expected. He then recommended that I not fix the car, because the repair would cost more than the car was worth, thus saving me thousands.
