I took my truck to Northbay yesterday and had a great experience with both Mike and Don. They were fair, honest, and super friendly. They remembered my late father, who has been gone for 3 years. I recommend them highly.

My older car had an over-heating problem. The estimate to diagnose the issue was $130. But Don only charged me half of that, because he figured out the problem much faster than expected. He then recommended that I not fix the car, because the repair would cost more than the car was worth, thus saving me thousands.

For a number of years now we have been taking our vehicles to Northbay Automotive. It has been our experience that they are very thorough, organized and forthright. They are right down the street in our "hood" and they offer me a $25 good customer discount. I would highly recommend Northbay Automotive to all.

Excellent service! They seemed really straight forward. Didn't just replace my starter - tested it first to make sure the starter was really the problem (unlike other mechanics I've been to). Drove me home when I dropped the car off. Picked me up when the car was ready. I'm really satisfied and won't be going anywhere else.

Once again Don we've never been disappointed. Turned out to be a simple oil change, but you trouble shot another issue without charge to us. Thanks.
