I don't know about anyone else, but my headlight lenses have gotten so bad over time I didn't realize how much I wasn't seeing. During a routine service Don told me about this new service that Northbay Automotive has and then sold me on the benefits. Amazing is all I can say, again I simply didn't know how bad they were until Dons crew took care of them for me. I had my check engine light go on and I stopped down to find that it needed an O2 sensor replaced. I made an appointment a few days later. I didn't have a ride so they ordered the part and had it done by the time I walked downtown, did some shopping and caught a movie. Exceptional reception and Great service. A+++

A pleasant oil change! They took the car at the appointment time and it was finished when they said it would be. Excellent, and friendly.

Car broke down in a.m., had AAA tow it to NBA. Don, was friendly and understanding. Got back to me with price quickly, repaired car quickly, didnt try to sell more repairs, and price was what he said it would be. Will go back.
