These guys never cease to amaze me. They are honest and don't charge more than they have to. They quoted me a range for assessing what my smog problem was, found that it was a simple fix, fixed it, and the bill came out to be way less than what they had quoted. THAT is customer service. By not taking advantage of us (we would have never known that it was an easy fix and most other shops would have just charged us what they quoted and then pocketed the rest) we have started taking all our vehicles to them.

Northbay Automotive has been my 'go to' shop in Petaluma for quite a while. Quality work, and they never do unnecessary work. I can't think of a time Mike and Don didn't complete a promised job at or below their estimate.

I don't take my car anywhere else and haven't for the last six years. Last week I dropped off the Honda for it's smog check. I always have great service and repair of my vehicles at Northbay in Petaluma. There staff are very courteous and repairs are done in good time. Excellent repair shop I wouldn"t take my vehicles anywhere else.
