Excellent-The service was great. Don informed me that I needed new front brakes, which they installed the same day in a very short time. As always they keep me informed as to what's needed, and do not do anything not required. This is much appreciated since we are seniors existing on a very tight budget. Sincerely a very satisfied customer.

The ABS light and the brake light continue to flash on. I had hoped that the fluid check would help. I need to reschedule again soon.

The driver's side door of my car wouldn't open. Having had great prior experiences with Northbay I stopped by for a recommendation for where to go to have it fixed. I had no idea they did this kind of work. Within a couple days they had the part and fixed it! I love these guys!
