Auto dealership service department 'free courtesy inspection' recommended a rear brake replacement and brake fluid flush. I made an appointment with NorthBay Automotive to have the repair work done. Don called me later that morning and advised that based on brake lining measurement I didn't need to have the work done yet. He will monitor it when I bring the car in for oil changes and let me know when the repair work is needed.
