I had vehicle problems unexpectedly and my usual spot was booked out for a week; so, the AAA tow truck driver mentioned this place. They were very helpful and they were able to fit my vehicle in that afternoon and they finished it the next day. They communicated with me throughout the whole process.

We were traveling from out of state when our SUV started acting strangely over the weekend. Since we were staying in Petaluma, I reached out to the highest rated independent repair facility that was nearby. I called first thing Monday morning and was told by Don that they will fit me into an already busy day. Whew! I dropped the car off around 8:30 AM and discovered a well-run facility that oozed professionalism, organization, and was well managed. Crossing my fingers, I left them our can hoping that the problem(s) were not too significant. Shortly after 1:00 PM I received a call that the car was ready and we could continue on with our trip throughout CA. The cost was incredibly reasonable.
