What a difference an AAA membership card makes. Our car wouldn't start and we were parked at our bank offices close to closing. Exchange Bank was kind enough to let us use their phone and wait inside until closing. I called AAA who sent a technician to see what was happening. He couldn't fix the problem on the spot and towed the car to Northbay Automotive for an overnight stay. Don called us the following morning and reported it was the starter control and he could have it fixed by about 3:00 P.M. Sure enough I was called at 2:45 P.M. and the car was "out of surgery" and ready to be released. Thank you to Northbay Automotive, AAA car rescue and Exchange Bank for their "with a smile" support.
