I can always count on these guys to get the job done right at a reasonable price. They beat Henry Curtis Ford’s quote on a head gasket replacement by a fair amount, and went so far as to re-machine the valve covers so that the new gasket would fit like a glove. After a throttle body failure and even a turbocharger failure, they were honest enough to admit fault and replaced the turbo for free. Now, I refuse to take my car anywhere else but here.

I've taken my cars to Northbay Automotive for 20 years where I have always gotten great, reliable service at a reasonable price. I have never had the impression of being upsold service that wasn't needed, or that I have been overcharged. Every service has come with a quote, an explanation, and the opportunity to choose which work I want done. They have never done me the "favor" of completing additional work without my pre-approval. They have never inflated the bill after the estimate. All service was performed in a timely manner. Don has a qreat team and I will continue to take my business there.
